The module can also be used to track internal interactions between Tencia users via the tracking of activities linked to Tencia transactions. Tencia Contact Management includes the following features: o Record the details of interactions, events or actions that have occurred with a contact. o Activities can be tracked through multiple status’ o Create reminders for actions that are yet to be completed o Add activities to debtor and creditor transactions via data entry o Link contact codes to Sales Orders and Quotations o Add activities to Tencia transactions via Inquiry programs o Generate activities for contacts on a recurring schedule o Store additional information related to contacts o Link an infinite number of contacts to debtors or creditors o View and track contact activities and reminders via a Contact Task List
